You're busy working on a ton of things for your business and you need to hire a voice actor. How many words are in your script?
A final word count of your script will help to know how long your voice over will be. There are free word count trackers you can find through Google or if you have Microsoft Word it will also track your scripts word count. For a radio ad or commercial it may also be important to let the actor know the time length of the spot so that they can meet the timing of your spot.

Where will you be using the audio? What is the length of the usage?
Some examples are Television spots, radio commercials, internet/online commercials, explainer & whiteboard videos, audiobook, podcast, etc.
